SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PokéBrad TCG. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. 

2. UK SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
We ship across the United Kingdom using tracked courier services, including Royal Mail and InPost Lockers.

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £3.99 (or FREE on orders over £50)
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £5.99

3. DISPATCH & TRACKING
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
PokéBrad TCG is committed to ensuring your items arrive safely. All trading card game products, including sealed booster boxes and single packs, are securely packaged. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at brad.woods@hotmail.co.uk.
